Exhibitor Sessions - New for 2019: Standard and Premium booths do not come with exhibitor sessions. You may add sessions to your booth purchase. 1 Session per booth at the $300 rate. Additional sessions may be purchased beyond the number of booths at $450. Max of 6 exhibit sessions per exhibiting company.
10’ x 10’ booths can be combined to create large, inline spaces. For pricing on island booths larger than 20’ x 20’ or to add additional booths to your package, contact Heather at +1 717.430.2224 or TESOL@theygsgroup.com.

Exhibitor Sessions
To be eligible to submit your 45 minute exhibitor session(s) TESOL must receive your 50% deposit (sessions, booth, advertising) by 1 October 2018. Exhibitors must submit their session(s) directly into the Abstract Management System no later than midnight 1 October 2018.
Additional Registrations and Expo Passes
Full Registration $225 (up to 5), Exhibit Hall Only $85 (intended for booth personnel who work the duration of the event)

IMPORTANT: About Tear Down
The English Language Expo is open until 3:30 pm on Friday, 15 March. As an exhibitor, you agree not to tear down your booth prior to that time. Attendees expect to see a complete exhibit hall at all times. Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated tear down times will, at a minimum, lose all accumulated priority points and will have to sign up after the priority point sign-up process is completed for the following year. Please plan your travel and staffing accordingly.
