ATTENDEES STAY AT THE CARIBE ROYALE RESORT

If you stay at the Caribe Resort, your parking fees will be charged to your room and appear on the final bill. Follow these instructions:

-- Make sure to check into the hotel first at the Main Registration Building.

-- Your room key will allow you to get in and out of the parking. You will not need to grab a ticket when you drive through the parking machine.

ATTENDEES NOT STAYING AT THE CARIBE ROYALE RESORT

If you are not staying at the Caribe Resort, please follow these instructions to get the special discount price of $10 per day.

-- Make sure to go to the Main Registration Building, registration desk first.

-- Let them know you need a parking pass and how many days you’ll attend the Conference.

-- You’ll be asked to pre-pay for the parking at the special rate of $10 per day at this time.

-- This card will be your parking pass for the entire time you are at the conference.

VOLUNTEERS NOT STAYING AT THE CARIBE ROYALE RESORT

-- Go directly to the parking lot.

-- Grab a ticket at the ticket machine.

-- Bring that ticket to the Help Desk in the Palms Atrium inside the Convention Center. We will provide you with a parking voucher to cover the parking fee.

-- As you leave the parking lot, you must first scan the original parking ticket.

-- Secondly, scan the discount ticket.

-- Repeat these steps for each time or day you come in and out of the Caribe Royale parking lot.
