Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all conference/educational sessions, panels, general sessions, demonstrations, and exhibits/events in the Expo Hall (including the Welcome Reception and Expo Hall Lunches).
EXPO ONLY REGISTRATION:
Expo Only registrants may only visit the exhibits within Expo Hall (Welcome Reception and Lunches are an additional ticket fee) and the Opening and Closing General Sessions. This badge type does not have access to the conference/educational sessions, panels, etc.
Exhibitors can register booth personnel within the Exhibitor Service Center by using their user name and password.

Email confirmation of your registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
Badges will not be mailed. You may pick up your badge at the Attendee Registration area of the Greater Tacoma Convention Center.
All cancellations must be in writing. A cancellation fee of $75 will apply to all paid registrations. The cancellation deadline is August 31, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after the August 31, 2019 deadline. New registrations received after August 31, 2019, are non-refundable. Please note that ticketed events are non-refundable; substitutions are permitted.
The convention center complies with all ADA provisions. If you require special accommodations or assistance during your stay, please check the "Special Services" box on the registration form and indicate your needs. We will make all attempts to accommodate your request given sufficient notice.
No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Exhibit Hall or sessions.
