Online advanced registration closed May 17, 2024. Registration will be available onsite.

If you miss online registration you will be able to register on-site at the conference Wednesday, May 29 - Friday, May 31, 2024, but pricing goes up! There is no limit to the number of registrants and everyone will be accepted! Please click the schedule tab above for on-site registration desk hours.

All technical sessions, meals, and networking events are included in the conference registration unless stated otherwise. You will have the opportunity to add a sponsorship, training, or golf session during the registration process.

Everyone attending the conference must register, regardless of registration type. No one is automatically registered.

If you are a student and would like to attend Industry Day, please contact the registration helpdesk.

Please note: The government rate is for current government employees only. Unfortunately we cannot offer this rate for retired personnel.

Cancellations and Refunds
Individual registration cancellations will be accepted through May 17, 2024. Registration fees will be refunded in full, minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for each individual registration. Refunds will not be issued after May 17, 2024, or for no-shows, with the exception of deployed forces with orders. You may always transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances or illness prevent you from attending the conference.
