VENUE, TRAVEL, AND LODGING

The 2023 Omaha Post Industry Day will be held in Omaha, NE at the CHI Health Center (located at 455 N 10th St) and all daytime conference activities will take place there. Surface parking is $10 & garage parking (when available) is $15.  Cash and credit cards are accepted.  No in/out privileges are allowed. Volunteers and committee members do receive free parking. Contact the co-chairs to volunteer!
 

LODGING

Accommodations are not included in your conference registration fee. You may make your reservation at any time; however, we encourage you to make your reservations early. There is a Brooks & Dunn concert on June 1, 2023 at the CHI Health Center, so we encourage you to book your room as early as possible!

UPDATE: The Omaha Marriott Downtown block of discounted rooms has SOLD OUT. You may still be able to book a room at a standard rate by contacting the hotel directly. 

 

The Marriott is located at 222 N 10th Street, Omaha, NE 68102, and is the anchor for Omaha's Capitol District and is located across the street from the CHI Health Center and TD Ameritrade Park, home of the NCAA College World Series. The Courtyard is located at 101 S 10th Street, Omaha, NE 68102, which is just two blocks south of the Marriott. 

The Omaha Marriott Downtown hotel has a complementary airport shuttle.

Room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 19.84%. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, Tuesday May 30 through Friday June 2, 2023.  Cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival without penalty. Cancellations inside 48 hours prior to the date of arrival will be assessed a one night room and tax penalty.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Front Desk Guest Service Agents can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

OTHER HOTEL OPTIONS
There is a Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area located four blocks from the convention center (106 S 15th Street), as well as Hilton Omaha across the street from the convention center (1001 Cass Street). Please contact these hotels directly to make your reservation as no room blocks for the event are available.
