EXHIBITOR BOOTHS HAVE SOLD OUT!
If your company is exhibiting and you have questions about shipping, setup, take-down, etc. that you cannot find in the Exhibitor Service Center, please email the co-chairs for information.
Exhibiting at the 2023 Omaha Industry Day puts your company at the forefront of the federal marketplace. In our new location at the CHI Health Center Arena and Convention Center, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services to conference attendees which include public and private sectors leaders in the A/E/C industries.
The standard booth size is 10’ X 10’ and includes:
- One (1) conference registration (additional personnel pay registration fee)
- 8 ft - high draped back wall, 3-ft- high draped side walls, and company ID sign
- 6 ft draped table and two (2) chairs
- Carpet and daily vacuuming
- Company listing on Industry Day website
- Company listing in the printed program
- One-time use of the pre-registered attendee list for the sole purpose of promoting exhibitor's participation in the event

**Your company must hold a current Sustaining Membership in SAME to receive the member rate for a booth. Individual memberships do not apply to discounted booth fees.

BOOTH STAFF
Each booth includes one (1) full complimentary conference registration. After you have completed your booth purchase, your complimentary registration must be registered through the Exhibitor Service Center.
Any additional registrations can be made through this Exhibitor Services Center OR the Attendee Service Center. All individuals participating must be registered.
EXHIBIT BOOTH PAYMENT POLICY
Payment in full (100%) is required at the time of booth selection. We only accept online credit card payments for booth space reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than May 2, 2023.
Commencing May 3, 2023, no refunds will be granted. No exceptions. Please send all booth cancellation requests to the registration desk.
