Exhibitor booths for the 2021 Industry Day are SOLD OUT. 
If you would like to get on the waitlist for a booth, please email the Industry Day Co-ChairsAlternately, please consider becoming an Industry Day sponsor


Each booth includes one (1) full complimentary conference registration. After you have completed your booth purchase, your complimentary registration must be registered through the Exhibitor Service Center.

Any additional registrations can be made through this Exhibitor Services Center OR the Attendee Service Center. All individuals participating must be registered.



Full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than September 1, 2021.

Commencing September 2, 2021, no refunds will be granted. No exceptions. Please send all booth cancellation requests to the registration desk.


Booth setup will begin at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 5th. All booth setup MUST be completed by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 5th.

The DoubleTree will accept shipments starting on Tuesday, September 28th and continuing through Tuesday, October 5th.

The DoubleTree Hotel and Industry Day planning committee are not responsible for booth materials. Please label the outside of ALL your boxes/containers with your FULL FIRM NAME AND BOOTH NUMBER. If you have multiple boxes, please label them by number (example: 1 of 3).

Booth teardown is allowed on Thursday, October 7th from 9:01 AM until 1:30 PM. Please be respectful of those attending the networking breakfast in the Exhibit Hall and do NOT breakdown your booth outside of the allotted time.

· Exhibitors must contact the DoubleTree directly to arrange electricity in the exhibit booths. Please email Staci Drozda (SDrozda@omahadoubletree.com) prior to September 28th to make arrangements. Associated costs are the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company. All unauthorized extension cords will be immediately removed from the exhibit hall, no exceptions.

· Exhibit booths are 8' by 9' and include a skirted table and two chairs.

· There are two options if you wish to ship items back:

  1. Arrange for a pick-up time through FEDEX on your own. Please label every box with the appropriate FedEx return shipping label, or your box will NOT be picked up onsite at the Doubletree by FedEx.
  2. Drop it off at the local UPS store (there is one downtown).

*NOTE: There will be $100 handling fee for any pallets that are delivered.
