Exhibit pricing is based on a 10x10 space. Anything over 20 x 20 is considered a display space and must be negotiated separately.

What Comes with My Booth?

  • Booths include ID sign, carpet, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, daily vacuuming, and two full conference registrations (government booths may not include free registrations). Additional registrations may be purchased. All booth staff must register; no one is automatically registered.
  • Utilities such as electric or hard-wired internet are at an additional fee.
  • Your company must hold a sustaining membership in order to receive member pricing for booths. Individual memberships do not apply. Public Agencies should contact Kelly Dawson at kdawson@same.org for exhibit opportunities.
  • SAME recognizes a small business as a company with 100 employees or less. If your company has more than 100 employees but is considered a small business by the SBA, please submit a copy of your certificate to Exhibit@same.org
