SAME has negotiated room blocks with a number of hotels near the Convention Center; please see the official hotels listed below. Click here to download a map of hotels. All rooms must be reserved through SAME's official housing partner, Connections Housing. Reservations will open in early July.  Do not contact hotels directly.

The cut-off date for room reservations was Friday, November 1, 2019. Please contact hotels directly to reserve rooms and/or make any changes to your reservations.

• Room rates for private industry attendees are below and do not include tax.
• All hotels will offer a number of rooms at the prevailing government per diem at the time of the event (current per diem is of $150; per diem rates adjust on October 1). 
• Per diem rooms are specifically for those on active duty or in civil service - all reservations will be audited and those found to have booked a room at per diem without being eligible will have their rate adjusted.
• The negotiated room block is specifically for conference attendees; one must register to attend the conference within five working days of making hotel reservations or your hotel reservation may be forfeited (government employees exempt).

Cancelation policy:  Reservations canceled after October 18 may be charged a cancelation fee of $50.00 (government employees excepted).  Reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room & tax.
