SAME Small Business Conference co-located with the Department of Veteran's Affairs' National Veterans Small Business Engagement in 2018, creating the biggest and best event connecting small businesses directly with federal government procurement decision makers, contracting officers, small business liaison officers, and leaders. The event brought together small businesses with large businesses that have teaming and sub-contracting opportunities in support of government work.  The SBC and NVSBE shared an exhibit hall, networking events, and educational sessions.  Participants freely attended activities taking place throughout the three days.
