Event Overview

The Annual Meeting is our premier event, gathering hundreds of philanthropic decision makers committed to strengthening our free society and to exploring, collaborating, and solving our nation's greatest problems through meaningful and effective philanthropy. 2020 is the 29th year that donors from across the country will meet to share ideas, strategies, and best practices and hear from America's leading experts in private innovation and forward thinking policy.

Registration Rates

Full Conference Attendee Registration Rates (sessions and meals included):

Early Registration Rate
Register on or before August 1, 2020

  • $1,200 per person
  • $1,150 per person (group registration rate 3+)

Regular Registration Rate
Register August 2 - October 2, 2020 

  •  $1,400 per person,
  • $1,350 per person (group registration rate 3+)
A $50 group registration discount is in effect. The discount reduces each participant's individual rate; this discount only applies when three or more attendees register at the same time. This discount will automatically be applied at the end of the registration process.


Single Day Rate

  • Wednesday - $500 per person
  • Thursday - $800 per person
  • Friday - $500 per person
Social Guest Rates (Meals)
Social guest registration entitles the attendee to participate in meal functions only. Attendees who wish to participate in sessions and meals should register as Full Conference attendees.
 
  • Complete Meal Package - $715.00 per person (includes all meal options listed below)
  • Wednesday, 10/14
    • Lunch - $95.00 per person
    • Dinner & Reception - $195.00 per person
  • Thursday, 10/15
    • Breakfast - $50.00 per person
    • Lunch - $95.00 per person
    • Reception & Dinner - $195.00 per person
  • Friday, 10/16
    • Breakfast - $50.00 per person
    • Lunch - $95.00 per person


Pre-Conference - The COVID-19 Pandemic (October 14, 2020): $275 per person
(** Please note: This fee is an add-on and is not automatically included in your Annual Meeting registration fee. To register, select this event under 'Registration' in addition to your conference registration)

Child Meals: We offer a guest meal option for children attending meals with a meeting participant. Although we welcome children during our meals, we ask that children do not accompany meeting participants to receptions. Please contact The Philanthropy Roundtable at (202) 600-7881 to discuss the price per child per meal.
 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before September 19, 2020 = 90% refund will be offered
Cancellations received after September 19, 2020 = no refund will be offered

 

Annual Meeting Attendance Qualifications

This solicitation-free event is open to those who annually distribute, or intend to distribute in the near future, at least $100,000 in charitable donations.
