ATTENTION ALL NEW MEETING VENDORS
Successfully completing the 2023 OTA Annual Meeting application does NOT guarantee that your company will be assigned exhibit booth space. All first-time participating companies must be approved by OTA show management.

Company Review Process
If your company has not previously exhibited at an OTA Annual Meeting your application will be PENDING until reviewed by OTA show management for eligibility.  

• The review process typically takes 10 -15 business days to complete.
• Upon completion of the review, e-mail notification will be sent to you indicating your company's exhibit eligibility status.
• If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with an assigned booth space for the OTA 2023 Annual Meeting.
