NYSSBA has a made the difficult decision to cancel NYSSBA 2021. Please read the statement here.

Q. I paid for my booth and/or sponsorship. What will happen to that money?
Booth and sponsorship fees that have been paid will be rolled over to NYSSBA 2022 to be held in Syracuse, NY on October 27-29. If you would like a refund, please email Anna O’Hara at anna.ohara@nyssba.org by October 1.

Q. How do I cancel my hotel reservation? Who do I contact?
A. Reservations made within the room block at the NY Hilton Midtown will be cancelled by the hotel and the cancellation will be confirmed. Any monies paid to date will be refunded once cancellations have been processed. Inquiries can be directed to Kristina Protasova, Assistant Director of Finance for the hotel at (212) 261-5813.

Note: Hotel reservations made outside of NYSSBA’s room block at the NY Hilton Midtown or in another hotel in NYC must be cancelled by the individual directly. NYSSBA does not have the authority to cancel these reservations.

Q. Do I need to cancel my booth staff registration(s) for Convention?
A. No. Your booth staff registration(s) will be automatically cancelled.

Q. Will there be a virtual convention and when?
A. No. There will not be a virtual convention. However, we will be providing a complimentary one-day virtual member event on October 25. It will include several of the topics that were scheduled for the in-person Convention.
