NYSSBA's 2021 Online Booth Reservation Form

Note: As of August 3, there will not be at 30% cancellation fee and the full cancellation fee deadline has been moved to Friday, October 1.

Choose from two methods of payment:

  1. Credit card (preferred): NYSSBA accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover
  2. Check: A link to your invoice will be included in your confirmation email, please send the check to the address listed on the invoice. 
Payments are due in full by Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
