We’re excited that you are interested in reserving a booth in Orlando, FL! Here are some important things to know about exhibiting:

Each booth is 10’ wide x 10’ deep.
Only one company per booth is permitted.
All exhibitors must read and agree to the C3X Exhibit Rules and Regulations - Coming Soon
Booth displays must meet IAEE Rules & Regulations

Exhibitor Fees:

Members: $3,750
Non-Members: $4,700 – price includes cost of a NACAS Business Partner membership

Included in Exhibitor Package:

1 full attendee registration (Includes access to all conference activities except for Campus Tours and Pre-conference programs).
3 booth staff registrations (Includes access to the exhibit hall and all general and educational sessions. Must purchase tickets to attend the Opening Reception, Regional Breakfasts, Celebration Luncheon, and Closing Event).

* No refunds after August 31, 2018. Prior to that date, a refund will be issued for the amount paid minus a $250 cancellation processing fee.
