The RMDC Exhibit Policies listed in the Prospectus, the Exhibitor Services Center and the convention website are part of the Exhibit Booth Application. The Metro Denver Dental Society reserves the right to interpret these policies, as well as make final decisions on all points covered or not covered in the Exhibitor Services Center and the convention website. All exhibitors are required to complete the Exhibit Booth Application.
To submit your 2025 RMDC Exhibit Booth Application: 1) On the next page, enter the first letter(s) of your company name and click "Search." 2) Follow the prompts at the bottom of the screen. 3) Update or enter your company information. 4) Select your top four desired booth requests. 5) Enter your payment information. 6) Submit your application. MDDS reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit which, in its opinion, is not suitable or in keeping with the character of the RMDC.
