While the hotel block is subject to availability, the official reservation deadline is August 13-23, 2021, 5:00pm local time (depending on the hotel property). Please visit http://resconnola.com/archives/hotel-travel-information/ for more information on hotels and travel for ResCon 2021. Note that these blocks may fill prior to reservation deadlines.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND TRANSFER POLICY
Registration transfers will be allowed at any time through a written request sent via email to ResCon at info@resconnola.com. Transfers will only be allowed for the current year (ResCon 2021) and cannot be postponed or held for future dates.
Attendee registrations made by August 4, 2021 will be eligible for a refund (less 30% administrative fee) if the cancellation request is received in writing by 11:59 PM CST. Any cancellation requests received after this date will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please email all cancellation requests to info@resconnola.com.
