Welcome to the Registration Portal for RES/CON 2018!
Please read all of the information below pertaining to registration, including the cancellation policy.
 

REGISTRATION RATES

FULL CONFERENCE RATE

  • Public Sector-Government/Academia (Non-Student): 
    • $225 Standard Rate (All 3 days of programming and food functions)
  • Non-Profit
    • $175 Standard Rate (All 3 days of programming and food functions)
  • Private Sector: 
    • $625 Standard Rate (All 3 days of programming and food functions)
  • Student (ID will be required at check-in)
    • $75 Standard Rate (All 3 days of programming and food functions)

DAILY CONFERENCE RATE

  • Standard Rate: (individual day pass)
    • $150 per day
       

Full Conference Package registration fee includes listed meal offerings and access to educational sessions and expo displays as outlined in the conference schedule (subject to change) as well as one ticket for the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night and one ticket for the RES/CON Networking Reception on Wednesday night. Guest tickets to these social events are not included and must be purchased as a separate item on the primary attendee's registration. 

Individual day passes on the Daily Conference Rate or the Student Daily Conference Rate DO NOT include a ticket to the RES/CON Networking Reception on Wednesday night and will need to be purchased separately. 

All dates, times, and locations for meals and special events are subject to change. 
 

DEADLINES

  • Registration refunds (less 30% Administrative Fee) must be requested in writing (via email) by October 30, 2018 at 11:59 PM CST
  • While the hotel block is subject to availability, the official reservation deadline is November 3-12, 2018, 5:00pm local time (depending on the hotel property).

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND TRANSFER POLICY 

  • Attendee registrations made by October 30, 2018 will be eligible for a refund (less 30% administrative fee) if the cancellation request is received in writing by 11:59 PM CST on October 30,2018. Any cancellation requests received after this date will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please email all cancellation requests to info@resconnola.com.
  • Registration transfers will be allowed at any time through a written request sent via email to RES/CON at info@resconnola.com. Transfers will only be allowed for the current year (RES/CON 2018) and cannot be postponed or held for future dates.
