Welcome to the 2019 LACUE online booth sales!

Pricing for the 2019 exhibit space will begin at $1000.00 per 10x10 booth and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

PLEASE NOTE - the ceiling in Elite Hall A is 10' and the ceiling in Elite Hall B is 15'4".

Some important items to keep in mind

1. Every exhibitor is to provide a door prize. If you do not know your door prize at the time of selection of the booth, please list the item as TBA. You will have access to your profile all year and will have the availability to change your item at any time.
2. There will be a $250.00 non refundable deposit fee when you complete the booth selection. Upon receipt of a completed exhibit registration form, your booth selection will be reserved for ninety days, pending receipt of remaining balance. If payment is not received within ninety days after the office receives your exhibit contract, your booth assignment will be vacated without notice and available to the next registering exhibitor. Only one ninety day grace period is allowed per exhibitor. Once an exhibitor has exhausted the ninety day grace period, booth space will only be assigned if accompanied by full payment.

The LACUE Conference format provides ample time for our participants to visit with the exhibitors, thus giving you a chance to meet with key decision-makers in education. Last year over 2,000 educators participated in the LACUE Conference. Please note that for the 2019 Conference, we will be adding several "experience" areas in the exhibit hall to increase traffic and one-on-one time with our participants.

In addition to exhibiting at the conference, there are numerous sponsorship opportunities. Please review the information on all conference sponsorships when registering your 2019 booth.

Presentation proposals for the 2019 Annual Conference will be accepted later in 2019 and the presentation proposal link will be posted on the LACUE website. We will be opening the call for proposals early for the 2019 Conference. Please check back after the Technology Leadership Summit in June to submit your proposals.
