ICC 2014 Committee Action Hearings — Group C Code

The hearings in Memphis, will offer Code Council Members and others in the construction industry, including sustainable building and PMG professionals, an opportunity to voice their opinions and offer expertise to help ensure the 2015 edition of the International Green Construction Code® (IgCC®) effectively promotes safety, resiliency, sustainability and energy efficiency in the built environment of our communities.

Membership Councils Meeting Update
The Committee Action Hearings will start at 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 27th. Prior to the hearings the Building Official; Fire Service; Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Officials; and Sustainability Membership Councils will be holding meetings on the mornings of April 26 and 27.
cdpACCESS...Now We Can
The new cdpACCESS system will be live at the April 2014 Committee Action Hearings in Memphis. cdpACCESS, which includes remote voting*, allows greater participation in code development because participants can be involved from just about anywhere there is Internet access. With cdpACCESS, it is possible to invite colleagues to work on code changes and public comment submittals, review posted code changes and public comment agendas, collaborate on hearing preparation and vote. *In order to participate in the 2014 Committee Action Hearings and Online Governmental Consensus Vote which follows the hearings, ICC Governmental Memberships must be current by March 28, 2014. No ICC Governmental Members joining or reinstating after this deadline will be able to have voting representatives participate in the Hearings. Details are available at www.iccsafe.org/EVDS.
