How much is the registration fee?
There are different registration fees, depending on your institution’s Network status (active ATD Network College, non-Network college) and role within the conference (sponsor, exhibitor). In addition, the fee will vary if you register before or after the early-bird deadline of December 31, 2025.. The Registration page offers details.
What does the registration fee for DREAM 2026 cover?
Registration for DREAM 2026 will include open sessions and meetings in addition to a welcome reception on Monday, March 2.
Meals include continental breakfast on Tuesday, March 3; continental breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, March 4; and continental breakfast on Thursday, March 5. All dinners will be on your own.
How do I reserve a hotel room for DREAM 2026?
See the Accommodations page for direct links to the official DREAM 2026 hotel room booking site. Conference Direct is the official housing bureau for the DREAM 2026 Annual Conference. Achieving the Dream has reserved room blocks for attendees at hotels in close proximity to the Oregon Convention Center. Book your housing through this link.
We strongly recommend that you book your housing with them. Do not book with any housing bureau that contacts you directly. (Conference Direct will never contact you without solicitation.) Achieving the DREAM and Conference Direct cannot guarantee that other housing companies are legitimate and cannot guarantee your reservation at the DREAM 2026 conference rate if you book outside of the official housing bureau.
The Hyatt Regency Portland, located at 375 NE Holiday St., Portland, Oregon, will be the official Achieving the Dream, DREAM 2026 Annual Convening headquarters hotel.

Will ATD provide transportation to the Oregon Convention Center?
Complimentary Light Rail passes will be provided to all attendees at the DREAM 2026 conference for convenient transport between the convention center and several conference hotels.
From the airport, you can take the MAX Red Line to the Convention Center Max Station. This is a convenient and cost-effective way to get to the convention center.
TriMet Train Red MAX Line– direct to airport and downtown with trains running every 15 minutes. TriMet station is Convention Center MAX Station.

How do I prepare for the weather in Portland?

How do I cancel my attendee registration?
Send notification to events@achievingthedream.org. There is a cancellation fee of $250 per registration if notification is received by Monday, February 2, 2026. Any cancellation received after February 2 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and thus is not eligible for a refund (including no-shows).
Will there be photography and video production during DREAM?
Photographers and videographers will be taking pictures and video at the conference. Resulting images and footage may be used for promotional and educational purposes. Registration or participation in the meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement to allow ATD to use your name, likeness, image, voice, narrative, and/or appearance, as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, print publications, website, social media, and the like, taken or made on behalf of ATD both now and in the future.
Do I have to register for the entire conference, or can I select specific days or sessions?
Daily rates are offered for attendees. The Registration page provides details. You must register for the DREAM conference to sign up for the pre-conference DREAM Studios.
Will any of the sessions be livestreamed or available online after the conference?
DREAM 2026 will take place in a live format and is unavailable as a livestream or recording.
