Map where your campus stands using ATD’s four Cornerstones for Excellence and uncover your most pressing teaching and learning challenges. In this interactive session, you’ll complete a quick self-assessment and see how the cornerstones shape ATD’s updated Teaching & Learning Toolkit and Strengthening Teaching and Learning Seminar Series. You’ll leave with practical resources and a stronger sense of how to build the skills and structures your college needs to support faculty through rapid change.
Build Additional Data Capacity To Support Community Vibrancy
Explore strategies for bringing data meaningfully into conversations with diverse audiences to advance student access, momentum, and mobility. Drawing on frameworks, tools, and resources from ATD’s new Data Literacy curriculum, participants will engage in an interactive sense-making exercise that helps them develop compelling data stories to promote access and opportunity for student groups that have been historically underserved. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of high-impact practices in data sensemaking and storytelling, practical resources you can use right away, and a stronger sense of how to build the skills and structures that make data-informed student success conversations more effective.
Design Dual Enrollment Pathways With Intention and Impact
Discover clear, practical steps for designing intentional dual enrollment experiences that advance your college’s goals. In this session, you’ll work with ATD’s Dual Enrollment Opportunity Assessment tools to examine your current partnerships, identify gaps in access and student supports, and explore how well your pathways align with local career opportunities. You’ll leave with a simple framework — and a concrete next step — to help you strengthen partnerships, streamline processes, and design more purposeful dual enrollment pathways for students.
Empower Mid-Level Leaders To Champion Institutional Change
Discover how mid-level leaders can spark faster, more student-centered change. In this interactive DREAM Lab,you’ll get a hands-on look at ATD’s Change Management for Mid-Level Leaders Seminar Series and complete a quick self-assessment tied to the program’s core leadership competencies.You’ll identify one strength to lean into and one area in which to grow. Then you’ll walk away with a simple reflection tool and a concrete action you can take back to campus. This session offers a powerful starting point for understanding how strong leadership in the middle drives better coordination, smoother reform efforts, and improved student success.
Implement Workforce Pell Successfully
Build a clear, practical understanding of Workforce Pell and what your college can do now to prepare. This DREAM Lab breaks down key provisions, eligibility criteria, and the state and federal processes that will shape program approval. You’ll explore actionable steps—like mapping noncredit-to-credit pathways, strengthening noncredit data systems, and deepening partnerships with employers and state agencies. Participants will leave with concrete guidance to position their colleges for successful Workforce Pell implementation.
Integrate Career Advising Across the Student Experience
Explore how to weave career conversations into every step of the student journey—from onboarding through the first year. Using a career-focused journey-mapping tool, attendees will pinpoint high-impact moments to integrate career advising within holistic advising models. Learn practical strategies for sharing this work across campus, using technology and labor-market insights, and for building stronger pathways that help students choose programs aligned with their goals. The session also introduces ATD’s Strengthening Advising Seminar Series and Career Advising Workshop, giving you tools and support to advance this work on your own campus.
