Where will DREAM 2025 take place? DREAM 2025 conference sessions and workshops will be held at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

How much is the registration fee?
There are different registration fees, depending on your institution’s Network status (active ATD Network College, non-Network college) and role within the conference (sponsor, exhibitor). In addition, the fee will vary if you register before or after the early-bird rate deadline of December 31, 2024. The Registration page offers details.


What does the registration fee for DREAM 2025 cover?
Registration for DREAM 2025 will include open sessions and meetings in addition to a welcome reception on Tuesday, February 18.
Meals include continental breakfast on Wednesday, February 19; continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, February 20; and continental breakfast on Friday, February 20. All dinners will be on your own.

. Conference Direct is the official housing bureau for the DREAM 2025 Annual Conference. Achieving the Dream has reserved room blocks for attendees at hotels in close proximity to the Pennsylvania Convention CenterBook your housing through this link. The Philadelphia Marriott, located at 1201 Market Street, will be the official Achieving the Dream, DREAM 2025 Annual Convening headquarters hotel. 

The deadline for the official meeting rate is January 25, 2025.

How do I prepare for the weather in Philadelphia?
Daytime temperatures average 45°F/7°C in February. All conference sessions will take place at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

How do I cancel my attendee registration?
Send notification to
events@achievingthedream.org. There is a cancellation fee of $250 per registration if notification is received by Friday, February 7, 2025. Any cancellation received after February 7 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and thus is not eligible for a refund (including no-shows).


Will there be photography and video production during DREAM?
Photographers and videographers will be taking pictures and video at the conference. Resulting images and footage may be used for promotional and educational purposes. Registration or participation in the meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement to allow ATD to use your name, likeness, image, voice, narrative, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, print publications, website, social media, and the like, taken or made on behalf of ATD both now and in the future.


Do I have to register for the entire conference, or can I select specific days or sessions?
Daily rates are offered for attendees. The Registration page provides details. You must register for the DREAM conference to sign up for the pre-conference DREAM Studios.


Will any of the sessions be livestreamed or available online after the conference?
DREAM 2025 will take place in a live format and is unavailable as a livestream or recording.


Where will future DREAM annual conferences be held?
DREAM 2026 will be held in Portland, Oregon.
