Join this session to hear how Hudson County Community College's AI chatbot, “Libby”, is improving engagement for students of all backgrounds. With a focus on access for remote, evening/weekend, and Spanish-speaking students, Libby goes beyond normal office hours to support students where they are, when they need it. Alongside Lisa Dougherty, HCCC's Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment, we'll hear HCCC's journey as it started using Libby for Financial Aid and Admissions, but now has expanded to additional departments such as Advising, Hudson Helps/Mental Health, and Student Life.
