What is the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?

Answer: The 2015 Data & Analytics Summit is a national Network learning event exclusively for Network Colleges with priority registration for Leader Colleges on how to use data and analytics to move the needle on student success with the goal to increase capacity in data and technology maturity. The theme for the event is: Leveraging Analytics to Optimize Student Success.

Question:

How many people can my college send to the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?

Answer: Invited Network Colleges are allowed two registrations to the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit.
   
Question: Who from the college should attend the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?
Answer: Presidents are invited to select a paired team from their institution: one representative from the ATD Core Team and one representative from the ATD Data Team.
   
Question: How much is the registration fee for the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit  and what does the registration cover?
Answer: The fee per registrant is $295 which includes all plenary and concurrent sessions, lunch on the first day, refreshment breaks, motor coach shuttle service between the hotel and SAS, and motor coach transportation to the airport at the conclusion of the event. The hotel provides a complimentary full breakfast, an evening manager’s reception and shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
 
Question: What is NOT covered by the Data & Analytics Summit participation fee?
Answer: Travel and lodging and those meals not provided by the hotel or included in the registration fee.. 
Question: How do I register for the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?
Answer: Registration for the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit is now open. Register now! The deadline to register for the Summit is Monday, August 31, 2015.
Please note the event is anticipated to sell out, so early registration is encouraged.
Question: What are the transportation options for travel to the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?
Answer: The closest airport is the Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU), approximately 4 miles to the hotel and from the SAS campus. For driving directions, please visit the hotel's Maps & Directions page.
Question: How can I access resources after the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?
Answer: For your convenience, we will post all resources on the ATD web site following the Data & Analytics Summit.
Question: How do I reserve a hotel room for the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit?

Answer:

A block of rooms has been reserved for the 2015 Data & Analytics Summit participants at the Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle, located at 201 Harrison Oaks Boulevard Cary, North Carolina, 27513. The conference rate is $137 per night. Your hotel reservation includes full daily breakfast, manager's evening reception and airport transfers. College representatives are responsible for making their hotel reservations by Friday, August 21, 2015 to get the special rate.

Attendees may also utilize the Hilton 24-hour Central Reservations office at 800-HILTONS (800-445-8667). Reference “Achieving the Dream” and/or “2015 Data & Analytics Summit.”

Please note: Hotel reservations made by any method other than the one described above are not guaranteed the conference room rate.
