COVID-19 CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE POLICY AND PROTOCOLS
All attendees will be expected to follow relevant guidance provided by the CDC; adhere to government-issued travel restrictions, evaluate their own health and that of people they are in close contact with, not to attend the meeting if they are feeling sick or exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, and contact ATD staff if they have concerns.

What is the 2023 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?
The 2023 ATD Data & Analytics Summit is a hybrid event that engages participants through one day of carefully curated virtual, in-depth workshops and two days of engaging, in-person general sessions, concurrent sessions, sponsored innovative collaboration sessions, and an informational knowledge bar where you can explore data tools and current research, meet with members of the ATD team, and engage with sponsors.

How much is the registration fee for the 2023 ATD Data & Analytics Summit and what does the registration cover?
The fee for Network college attendees is $695, and the fee for participants not in the ATD Network is $845 per attendee. This fee includes plenary sessions, your choice of concurrent sessions, continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, coffee breaks, and a reception on Wednesday. The virtual pre-conference workshop is $199 for in-Network institutions and $249 for out-of-Network institutions.
How many people may my institution send to the 2023 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?
Team participation is encouraged, and we offer a 10% discount for teams of three or more. Institutions are encouraged to send institutional researchers, institutional effectiveness and information technology professionals, administrators, faculty, and staff who serve on student success or data teams.
What is NOT covered by the ATD Data & Analytics Summit participation fee?
Travel, lodging, transfers, ride sharing/cabs, and meals not listed above.

What are the transportation options for travel to the 2023 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?
Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is approximately 15 miles to The Hotel at the University of Maryland, and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) is 30 miles to the hotel. The hotel is less than one mile from the College Park-UMD Metrorail station and offers shuttle transportation to/from the station. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius. You may view maps and transportation options here.
