What is the 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?

The 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit is an in-person event that engages participants through three days of engaging in-person general sessions, concurrent sessions, sponsored innovative collaboration sessions, and an informational learning exchange, where you can explore data tools and current research, meet with members of the ATD team, and engage with sponsors.

How many people may my institution send to the 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?

Team participation is encouraged, and we offer a 10% discount for teams of three or more. Institutions are encouraged to send:

• Senior and cabinet leaders
• Data and technology professionals, including institutional research, institutional effectiveness, and information technology staff
• Academic affairs leaders and faculty, including deans, department chairs, and faculty
• Student support and academic support services staff
• Administrative and operational staff, including enrollment services, business affairs, workforce development, and grants and initiative leads
• Students

What are the transportation options for travel to the 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?

By Air

• Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): approximately 10 miles from the hotel (about 20–25 minutes by car, depending on traffic)
• Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA): approximately 40 miles from the hotel (about 60–75 minutes by car)

By Train

• Baltimore Penn Station (Amtrak/MARC): approximately 2 miles from the hotel (about 10 minutes by car or rideshare)
• MARC and Amtrak service provide convenient rail access from Washington, D.C., BWI Airport, Philadelphia, and the Northeast Corridor.

From BWI Airport via Rail

• Travelers can take the free shuttle from BWI Airport to the BWI Rail Station and connect to MARC or Amtrak service to Baltimore Penn Station.

By Rideshare or Taxi

• Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are readily available throughout the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., region, including from BWI Airport, DCA, and Baltimore Penn Station.
• The hotel’s central Inner Harbor location makes rideshare transportation convenient for attendees arriving by air or rail.

By Car

• The hotel is easily accessible from I-95, I-83, and Route 295 and is located directly on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

  • Evening (Monday-Thursday between 5:00 p.m.-3:00 a.m.): $20

How do I reserve a hotel room for the 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit?

There is a special rate for attendees of the 2026 ATD Data & Analytics Summit of $209/night plus tax. You may make your reservation by via this link. The group code is G-ATD6. Attendees can enter this code online or provide it when calling the hotel Central Reservations number at (800) 323-7249.

Please make sure to book your room by Wednesday, August 26 at 11:59 p.m. ET. After August 26, there may be a difference in the rate. Reservations after this date will be based on availability and may not be at the negotiated room rate. Room cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) before scheduled arrival. Should an individual cancel a reservation inside the 72-hour window, the credit card provided shall be charged a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their accommodations.
