2022 ATD Equity Institute:
   Leadership for an Inclusive Campus

Register today for the 2022 ATD Equity Institute being held March 31- April 1, 2022.

During Achieving the Dream’s 2022 Equity Institute, community college administrators and leaders will build on their commitment to exposing and tackling equity challenges. The institute will focus on implementing equity-minded leadership and anti-racism principles in the review of institutional equity efforts and developing an action plan to guide campus-based equity efforts. College leaders who are in the midst of tackling injustices and equity challenges will have a space to plan a course of action along with their peers.

Working within their sphere of influence, leaders will identify strategies to strengthen their college’s commitment to equity and learn how peer institutions have successfully addressed equity gaps in student experiences and outcomes.

Who Should Attend?

ATD network and non-network community college administrators and leaders who have a direct responsibility for leading equity initiatives and/or efforts on their campus. Individuals will come to the Equity Institute equipped with their institution’s equity initiative plan, equity statement or other equity effort that they want to focus their time and attention on.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the institute, participants will be able to:

• Learn how to use equity-minded leadership strategies to connect student success work with existing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts
• Explore the connections between ATD’s equity statement and equity principles for actionable change
• Develop an equity framework to map existing equity initiatives or programs and identify opportunities for initiating new programs

Registration Fees and Discount 
ATD Network Colleges: $299 per attendee.
