Welcome to the ATIA 2027 Orlando Exhibit Booth Application.

Your organization must have paid ATIA membership dues for the 2026 calendar year (1/1/26 - 12/31/26) in order to receive Member Booth Rates.
 

Membership applications and renewals are available at: atia.org/membership

There are no additional discounts for Non-Member and Non-Profit booths or Start-Up Stations. 


Key Deadlines for Booth Applications: 

 
 February 18, 2026
 		  Deadline to be included in Booth Selection
 February 25, 2026
 		  Booth Selection will take place via Zoom.
 March 1, 2026  All booth sales open - Member, Non-Member, Non-Profit and Start Up Stations. 

 March 31, 2026
 		  Early Bird Member pricing ends. 
 June 30, 2026  Full payment is required to apply for a booth, we are no longer accepting deposits. 
 October 1, 2026  ATIA will only accept booth payments by credit card. Wire Transfer/Check payments will no longer be accepted. 
 November 30, 2026
 		  End of member booth pricing
 Friday, January 15, 2027
 		  Booth applications will no longer be accepted. 
  


Exhibitors applying after December 2, 2026 will not be included in the printed conference materials. However, your exhibitor listing will still appear in the ATIA 2027 Mobile App and on the floor plan.
