  • Please ensure your submission is related to Assistive Technology as this is an AT conference.
  • Required questions contain the word REQUIRED after the question. Sessions MUST have all required session and speaker fields completed before being eligible to be submitted.
  • Review your submission for spelling and errors.
  • Descriptions should be well-written and grammatically correct.
  • We recommend you draft your submission in the Call for Presentations Document and then copy and paste your responses into the online submission form. We also provide a Submission Checklist to help you confirm you have all the required information before you begin the form.
  • Upon acceptance, the submission information will be used for online and printed conference materials. ATIA reserves the right to edit for consistency, length, format, and grammar as necessary.
  • Please note: Submitting a presentation does not guarantee that you will be chosen as a speaker for ATIA 2027. Speakers will receive notifications by the end of August. All speakers will need to register and pay the associated discounted speaker registration fee to participate in ATIA 2027.
  • Contact education@atia.org with any questions.

    • If you plan to add co-speaker(s) to your submission, please work with them to collect and enter all required information when adding them to your abstract. If you don't want to complete the fields for them, alert your co-speaker(s) that they have been added to the abstract so they can login to the Abstract Service Center to update and/or complete their profile. Once all co-speaker information is provided, the proposal can be submitted.
