Welcome to the ATIA 2026 Orlando Exhibit Booth Application.

Please note your organization must have paid ATIA membership dues for the 2025 calendar year (1/1/25 - 12/31/25) in order to receive Member Booth Rates and participate in the Space Selection process. 

Space Selection is a member-only process for member-exhibitors to select their booth location before the Exhibit Hall is opened up for all sales on March 1, 2025. 


Membership new applications and renewals are available at:  atia.org/membership

*Please note, there are no additional discounts for Non-Member and Non-Profit booths or Start-Up Stations. 


Key Dates for Booth Applications: 

February 19th, 2025: Deadline for booth applications to be submitted for inclusion in the Space Selection process. 

February 26th, 2025: Space Selection will take place via Zoom. Exhibitors will receive an email with their appointment time and Zoom link. 

March 1st, 2025: All booth sales open – Member, Non-Member, Non-Profit and Start Up Stations. 

March 31th, 2025: Early Bird Member pricing ends.   


June 30th, 2025: Full payment is required to apply for a booth, we are no longer accepting deposits.

Wednesday, October 1st, 2025: ATIA will only accept booth payments by credit card. Wire Transfer/ Check payments will no longer be accepted. 

November 30th 2025: End of member booth pricing.

Friday, January 16th, 2026: Booth applications will no longer be accepted.
