Please note your organization must have paid ATIA membership dues for the 2024 calendar year (1/1/24 - 12/31/24) in order to receive Member Booth Rates.
*Please note, there are no additional discounts for Non-Member and Non-Profit booths or Start-Up Stations.
Key Dates for Booth Applications:
June 28th, 2024: Full payment is required to apply for a booth, we are no longer accepting deposits. Membership dues must be paid prior to applying for a booth at the Member Rate. If membership fees are not paid, any outstanding balance payments will be charged at the Non-Member Booth Rate.
Monday, December 16, 2024: ATIA will only accept booth payments by credit card. Wire Transfer/ Check payments will no longer be accepted.
Friday, January 17th, 2025: Booth applications will no longer be accepted.
