We look forward to welcoming you to the ATIA 2025 Conference. Once again, we are thrilled to offer both in-person and online conference options. Regardless of how you choose to attend we have a great program for everyone! 

This registration is for In-Person Attendees only. If you want to register for the Virtual Event Only or are a Speaker or Exhibitor, please go to atia.org/register and select the appropriate registration form.

You can attend the ATIA 2025 Conference in the following ways:

• In-Person
• In-Person + Virtual Event Bundle
• Exhibit Hall Only

The In-Person + Virtual Event Bundle includes all CEUs. This option is only available if you purchase the bundle, otherwise the Virtual Event and CEUs will be available as add-ons for purchase separately.

• 1.5-day Pre-Conference Seminars take place Wednesday, January 29 - Thursday, January 30, 2025
• 1-day Pre-Conference Seminars take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025
• .5-day Pre-Conference Seminars takes place on Thursday, January 30, 2025

Group Registrations

ATIA offers group registration discounts:

• Group of 5+ In-Person Event attendees
  • Early Bird: $550.00 (8/1/24 – 10/4/24)
  • Regular: $630.00 (10/5/24 – 12/6/24)
  • Late: $665.00 (12/7/24 – Onsite)
• Group of 5+ In-Person + Virtual Event Bundle attendees
  • Early Bird: $700.00 (8/1/24 – 10/4/24)
  • Regular: $780.00 (10/5/24 – 12/6/24)
  • Late: $815.00 (12/7/24 – Onsite)
• All five+ attendees must register under the same type of registration

To qualify, you must register the whole group for the same registration category and pay at the same time. The discount will be applied after the last person is registered.

If you are a student or parent, you may register online by uploading proof of full-time student status and/or a letter describing your child's disability. Parents and Students receive a 30% discount on In-Person registration fees.
*Please note discount offers may not be combined for multiple discounts. Only one discount can be applied per attendee.
