Welcome to the ASM Microbe 2024 Onsite Meeting Room Request Form. This request form is for informal group meetings at the Georgia World Congress Center during ASM Microbe 2024 in Atlanta. Please Note: This space is not intended for industry/exhibitor meetings. These requests must be submitted and approved by the ASM Strategic Alliances Department through the following forms:
- Affiliate Events (located at contracted hotels)
Meeting room set-up cannot be customized. Please note the maximum capacity of your preferred room set. A room with presentation equipment may be requested. Catering will not be available. Meeting space may be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. Upon meeting approval, you will be contacted with a confirmation email, including the meeting room assignment. Please note, requests are not guaranteed and you will be notified if your meeting request cannot be accommodated. Meeting rooms are limited and available on a first come, first reserve basis. The request form must be submitted at least 8 hours prior to your desired meeting start time. Please contact the ASM Meetings Team at logistics@asmusa.org with questions.
