American Pilots’ Association’s (APA) 2020 Biennial Convention is hosted by the United New Jersey-New York Sandy Hook Benevolent Pilots’ Association at the fabulous New York Marriott Marquis. The energy of New York City is iconic and New York Marriott Marquis, a vibrant fixture of Manhattan, brilliantly captures its spirit in modern style. Located on West 46th Street and Broadway, The Marquis places guests near NYC's most illustrious attractions, including Times Square, the Theater District, Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall.
Activities will include the Biennial APA Golf Tournament Sunday, October 18th at Galloping Hills Golf Course in Kenilworth, NJ.   APA pre-convention meetings will be on Monday, October 19th, starting with the Attorneys’ Meeting in the morning followed by committee meetings in the afternoon. On Tuesday, October 20th, the Convention officially opens and runs through Friday, October 23rd. The Suppliers’ Exhibition will be on Wednesday and Thursday.

Social events include a Welcome Reception cocktail party on Monday evening on the Upper Terrace Promenade and Marquis Ballroom in the Marriott - complete with floor to ceiling windows looking directly at the famous electronic billboards in Times Square - a special electronic billboard will greet APA attendees.  An Accompanying Persons' luncheon is scheduled at Tavern on the Green on Tuesday.  Wednesday evening, APA attendees will travel via Ferry to Liberty Island where we will enjoy cocktails, dinner, music, the museum and more.  The traditional formal Friday Gala reception and dinner dance in Marriott Marquis - Astor Ballroom will conclude the week.  Plans include a daily breakfast and hospitality events, and much more.
