Important Housing Information:
There is only one official housing company partner for TESOL and that company is Showcare Event Solutions. Any other company claiming to be working with or partnering with TESOL on the convention in Portland to assist with housing is misrepresenting themselves.
For example, if Convention Housing Services were to contact you and offer you rooms, they are NOT affiliated with TESOL. Should you choose to work with a company other than Showcare Event Solutions, TESOL is not responsible for any fraud that may occur. TESOL also will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise concerning housing for you and your staff. To register for the TESOL convention and to reserve your hotel rooms, please visit the TESOL Convention registration website.
Please be advised that if another housing company other than Showcare Event Solutions should contact you that:
1. These companies are not associated with TESOL or the TESOL convention.
2. They are not selling hotels in the official housing block.
3. TESOL does not recommend you give your credit card or personal information to any organization randomly calling you or sending e-mail solicitations. TESOL is concerned you will be led to believe these firms are associated with TESOL, and they are not.

Booth Price Includes:
- Two (2) 3’ side drapes and one (1) 8’ back drape with a company sign (Note: island spaces do not include drapes)
- Four (4) full convention registrations
- Four (4) company Expo Passes, good for Exhibit Hall only
- Four (4) convention bags and program books (one for each full convention registration)
- One Exhibitor Session
For each 10’ x 10’ booth reserved with 50% deposit by 1 October 2013, exhibitors have the opportunity to submit a 45-minute Exhibitor session. Exhibitors must submit their session(s) into Précis through the Exhibitor Service Center no later than midnight 1 October 2013. Exhibitors are entitled to one (1) exhibitor session per booth purchased, not to exceed eight (8) sessions total.

IMPORTANT: About Tear Down
The English Language Expo is open until 2:00 pm on Saturday 29 March. As an exhibitor, you agree not to tear down your booth prior to that time. Attendees expect to see a complete exhibit hall at all times. Any exhibitor who chooses to dismantle outside of the dedicated teardown times will, at a minimum, lose all accumulated priority points and will have to sign up after the priority point sign-up process is completed for the following year. Please plan your travel and staffing accordingly.
*The contracting Exhibitor will forfeit any space not occupied by 8 pm on 26 March 2014, and such space may be sold or reassigned by TESOL without refund of rental fees. Booths cannot be assembled until full payment is received.
