Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 2012 SAME Joint Engineer Training Conference & Expo.  In order to give exhibitors a greater opportunity to demonstrate their services and products to attendees, SAME has created the JETC 2012 Exhibitor Demonstration Theater on the exhibit floor. Exhibiting companies will be able to spend more time with attendees, showing them actual presentations regarding their offerings in a more educational setting, while never leaving the show floor.  Don’t miss this great opportunity to showcase your company!

General Information
Basic audio-visual service is included in the price of your demonstration (LCD Projector, screen, and wired podium microphone). The area will be set theater style in a hard-walled 30x40 space.  Time slots are a half-hour each.  Two timeslots may be purchased to form an hour slot.  Your demonstration session will be listed in a flyer distributed at registration, as well as on signage during the conference and outside the theater.  Theater times do not conflict with educational sessions or workshops. Please note:  SAME does not guarantee traffic to your demonstration. It’s the responsibility of the exhibiting company to generate interest in their demonstration.
