2013 Exhibit Booth Sales

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2013 JETC, to be held May 21 – 24, at San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.

Unlike in the past, booths and sponsorships for the upcoming year will not be sold during this year's show. All booth sales for the 2013 JETC will be done through an online system.  Companies wishing to exhibit must respond to the invitation which will be distributed in Fall 2012.  All companies submitting their RSVP will be able to select booth space online. The order in which space is selected is electronically randomized, with gold, platinum, and titanium sponsors selecting in the first group; returning exhibitors in the next group; and then new companies in the final group. 

PLEASE NOTE: 2012 JETC Exhibitors - if your company breaks down prior to 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 24, 2012, your company will be assigned to the last group of exhibitors that choose booth space.

Why the change?  Based on the feedback we received regarding the on-site sales process, we are making this change so that focus will be on the current show and that the staff will stay attentive to their booths and the attendees. Moving booth sales and space selection online gives all companies an equal chance to select first, it provides more decision-making time on how much booth space to purchase and lastly, it allows everyone to concentrate on putting together a successful show this year.
