* For Platinum Sponsors, $2,500 of the sponsorship will be transferred to the SAME Education and Mentoring Fund as “Permanently Restricted Funds” that will be used to build the E&M Fund corpus.
**Sponsoring companies will provide names for seats through the Banquet Sponsor Service Center. Government and Uniformed Service Members are prohibited from inclusion in this list. VIP Guest requests must be submitted in writing to Kathy Off, koff@same.org.
Payment Policy:
At completion of the on-line registration form, you will be allowed to pay by credit card or choose to be invoiced and pay by check. Checks must be received within 30 days of registration date and before March 9, 2012. Failure to submit payment according to this schedule could result in cancellation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy:
Sponsorships cannot be cancelled or refunded. Registrants must have the authority to sign a sponsorship contract.
