Registration Fees
SBC pricing is structured to allow for maximum discounts to early registrants and SAME members. Not a member? Simply add on an SAME Individual Membership to your Registration and enjoy the discounted member rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through November 21, 2014, and must be received in writing, to registration@same.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for individual registration. If your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel.  SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after November 21, 2014, or for no-shows, except for deployed forces with orders. You may  transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference.

Registration Transfer

To transfer your registration, please email registration@same.org with the substitute's full name (prefix and suffix), position title, email address, work address, phone number and emergency contact information. If the substitute's membership category is different from the original registrant, the registration fee difference will be charged.

What your Registration Includes:

  • Full Conference Registration: includes access to the Exhibit Hall during show hours and all conference activities, including meals, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • One Day (Tuesday) Registrationincludes access to Tuesday night Ice Breaker and all conference activities, including meals, on Tuesday. 
  • One Day (Wednesday) Registration: includes access to Tuesday night Ice Breaker and all conference activities, including meals, on Wednesday.
  • One Day (Thursday) Registration: includes access to Wednesday night reception and all conference activities, including meals, on Thursday.
  • Exhibit Hall Only Registration: includes Exhibit Hall access (including set-up and tear-down), Tuesday night Ice Breaker, Wednesday night reception, and all meals served in the exhibit hall (this registration type is available to booth staff only).
  • Pricing cost is per person.

What You Need to Do:

  • Individual Registration will open in August! Anyone working in an exhibit booth should use  the exhibitor registration form. Your exhibit booth must be paid in full in order to register booth staff. Those speaking at the conference are asked to use speaker registration; instructions on how to register as a speaker will be forwarded directly.
  • Anyone attending the conference must register. NO ONE is automatically registered, including booth staff.
  • The correct registration form must be used. Several different registration forms will be used: one for Attendees; one for Booth Staff; and one for Speakers. Please make sure to register using the correct form.

To ensure that you receive the correct registration fees when you register online, please make sure your SAME membership is up-to-date. To change, update or start your SAME membership, contact the SAME membership department at member@same.org.
