USACE, NAVFAC and the AIR FORCE have all been approved to attend the SAME 2013 Small Business Conference!   Representatives from the Small Business Administration (SBA), General Services Administration (GSA) and the Veterans Administration (VA) also are confirmed to attend. Individual Registration Process

  • Individual Registration is now open! Click here to register now! Anyone working in an exhibit booth should use exhibitor registration.  Those speaking at the conference are asked to use speaker registration; instructions on how to register as a speaker will be forwarded directly.
  • Anyone attending the conference must register. NO ONE is automatically registered, including booth staff.
  • The correct registration form must be used. Several different registration forms will be used: one for Attendees; one for Booth Staff; and one for Speakers. Please make sure to register using the correct form. If you are from an exhibiting company and need access to the Exhibit Hall to help set-up or tear-down, please register through the Booth Staff Registration Form. If you are a speaker or a moderator, please register through the Speaker form. If you are an individual attending the conference, please register through the Attendee form.

To ensure that you receive the correct registration fees when you register online, please make sure your SAME membership is up-to-date. To change, update or start your SAME membership, contact the SAME membership department at member@same.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through November 4, 2013, and must be received in writing, to registration@same.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for individual registration. If your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel.  SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after November 4, 2013, or for no-shows, except for deployed forces with orders. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference.
