SAME 2013 Small Business Conference

Budget
Pricing has not been published for the 2013 Small Business Conference (SBC). However, we do not intend for fees to change drastically from the 2012 SBC.

• Exhibitor fees range from $1000 to $2000 for sustaining members, depending on location in the hall and size of business.  All pricing is based on a 10x10 space.  Anything over 20x20 is considered a display space and must be negotiated separately.  Non-members pay about $1000 more and are ineligible for prime space in the hall.  Become an SAME member now to take advantage of discounted booth pricing!
  
• Every booth comes with one exhibitor registration, carpet, draped table, two chairs, ID sign and trash can.  Electricity, AV and/or upgraded furniture will incur additional fees. Registration is $250 per person for additional booth attendants. Shipping and material handling will be at your own expense.
• Please note that about 190 exhibitors and 1600 attendees participate in the conference each year.
• A federal per diem hotel rate of $99 has been negotiated for all attendees. Hotel and room block information will be posted in conjunction with individual registration opening.
• Individual Full Conference Registrations range from $375 to $500 for small and large business members.  Non-members pay approximately $100 more for individual registrations.

Registration

• Exhibitor Registration will open in August.  The previous years’ exhibitors and sponsors have first priority in the hall before opening to the public.
• Individual Registration will open in the Fall. Members will receive a marketing e-mail announcing the opening date.

Government Attendace
We have a commitment from USACE to submit for approval 200 of its personnel to attend the SAME 2013 Small Business Conference.
