The Exhibitor Service Manual link has been sent via our general service contractor, The Expo Group.  If you are the POC for your booth, you should have received this e-mail.  If you did not receive the e-mail, please contact Steve Luciano, sluciano@theexpogroup.com.  Please make sure that you reference the SAME Small Business Conference at National Harbor and tell him your company name as you entered it in registration.

This is how you will order extra furniture, electricity, catering, AV, etc....  It is also where you will find your shipping and material handling information.  We strongly advise you to send your booths through the preferred shipping provider as outlined in the manual as opposed to sending freight directly to the hotel.  You will pay much more for drayage/material handling if you send directly to the hotel.
