Your official space reservation entitles you to the following benefits as a 2012 IPI Exhibitor:

• Kick-off Meet & Mingle event geared towards our vendors networking prior to the official opening with industry movers & shakers
• Free back and side drape and booth identification sign
• Carpeted aisles and a Free wastebasket with each booth 
• Free 24 hour security from set up to tear down 
• Free pre and post registration lists of registered attendees, PLUS the option to purchase discounted mailing lists on disk 
• Free listing of your company name, booth number and a 75 word description of the products and services you'll be showcasing in a special PRE-Conference issue of the magazine, The Parking Professional and the “Virtual Tradeshow” on The Parking Professions homepage (www.parking.org/conference) 
• Exhibitor Service Center – a website portal providing you with access to networking and marketing tools to maximize your investment; including a comprehensive online show manual and Exhibitor Success Toolkit containing checklist, press release templates and other tips and guidelines
• A comprehensive exhibitor show manual, including a detailed checklist to assist you in all stages of preparation for the show 
• Three free booth personnel badges provided for each 10x10 booth purchased; with additional exhibit personnel badges available at special discounted rates
• All booth personnel have unlimited access to technical and educational sessions as full “delegates” – a more than $700 per person benefit!
• Free listing of your company, booth number and product and services in the Official Conference Program Guide provided to all conference attendees
• Free Pre-Show marketing postcards with "Show logo" and attached "VIP" Exhibit Hall passes for you to distribute to any potential customer allowing them free access to the hall
• Free meals served in the exhibit hall

Your exhibit space does not include the following and therefore need to be arranged separately either on your own or using the OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS (a list is provided in your Exhibitor Manual):

• Carpet or padding for your booth  (See GES Services section of manual)
• Chairs, Furniture, or any booth fixtures (See GES Services section of manual)
• Assembly, Dismantle or Rigging Services (See GES Services/Utilities & Additional Services section of manual)
• Lead Retrieval Unit  (See Badge and Lead Retrieval section of manual)
• Cleaning of your booth during the exhibit hall hours (See Utilities & Additional Services section of manual)
