Your exhibit space does not include the following and therefore need to be arranged separately either on your own or using the OFFICIAL CONTRACTORS (a list is provided in your Exhibitor Manual):

  • Carpet or padding for your booth  (See GES Services section of manual)
  • Chairs, Furniture, or any booth fixtures (See GES Services section of manual)
  • Assembly, Dismantle or Rigging Services (See GES Services/Utilities & Additional Services section of manual)
  • Lead Retrieval Unit  (See Badge and Lead Retrieval section of manual)
  • Cleaning of your booth during the exhibit hall hours (See Utilities & Additional Services section of manual)
