Exhibit Dates, Hours and Events

This year's expo schedule is as follows:

Thursday, October 25:  3:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Friday, October 26:  9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 27:  9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Special Events on the Expo Floor

Expo Preview:  Thursday, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
The first hour on Thursday will provide an opportunity for attendees to get a sneak peek at the expo!  We will also be facilitating one-on-one appointments for any attendee that wants to speak directly with your company! 

Keynote Kickoff Reception:  Thursday, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
New this year, our Keynote Reception will be held on the expo floor and will include tasty appetizers, drinks and socializing!

Coffee Break:  Friday, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
The expo opens Friday morning with the always popular (and necessary!) coffee break!

Expo Power Hour:  Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
An hour of dedicated time for booth visits!

Afternoon Energy Break:  Friday, 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.
This event draws attendees to the expo floor for a light snack and exclusive time to network with exhibitors!

"Taste of Rochester” Lunch:  Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
A buffet lunch featuring culinary delights from Western New York and our host city, Rochester.

Move In and Move Out Schedule

    Move In:  Thursday, 10/25:  9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Move Out: Saturday, 10/27:  Beginning at 1:00 p.m.*
     * Failure to keep your booth open until 1:00 p.m. on 10/27 may jeopardize your 2013 booth status.
