Once your registration is confirmed
Email confirmation of your on-line registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records. This email is your proof of registration. Please be ready to show this email at the 2018 Conference Registration Table when you sign in.
Your badge will appear exactly how you enter your name. Badges will be available for pickup when you sign in at the Registration Table, which opens at 7:30 am on Thursday, March 15th at the Hilton Long Island.
ATTENDEE SERVICE CENTER:
Your confirmation email will include log in information for the Attendee Service Center where registrants can do the following:
- Upload Purchase Orders
- Update information that was entered in the registration form, either individually or as a member of a group
- Manage group registration. The Primary Contact, or first registrant of a group has access to the full list of group members. You can add additional group members or edit their registration information.
- Purchase additional tickets to the Gala/Banquet
There will be an official photographer at the conference taking photos for archival and dissemination purposes. If you see a photo of yourself posted or would otherwise like to opt out, please email NYSABEConference@gmail.com with a photo of yourself attached.
