STAIRCASE ADHESIVES SOLD!Make a huge statement as attendees enter into McCormick. Your company's logo or brand would be placed on the vertical tread staircases. All attendees arriving on the shuttle buses or taxis arrive on Level 1 of the West Building and use these stairs to access Level 3 where all the events and the exhibits are located. OFFICIAL EXPO MOBILE APP SOLD!
BUS SHUTTLES SOLD!The McCormick Place shuttle runs daily to and from host hotels and to O'Hare and Midway Airports on Thursday, May 10. Sponsor logo is posted on bus banners and product samples are placed in bins in the arrival/departure area of the West Building. Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. ESCALATOR ADVERTISEMENT SOLD!Banners featuring your company's logo or brand are placed on escalator medians. All attendees arriving on the shuttle buses or taxis arrive on Level 1 of the West Building and use these escalators to access Level 3 where all events and the exhibits are located. . Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. EXPO LANYARDS SOLD!Your logo is printed on 10,000 badge lanyards; attendees advertise your brand everywhere they go! You are responsible for purchasing the lanyards. NCA reserves the right to approve the artwork and the SWEETS & SNACKS EXPO® logo must be displayed on the lanyard. . Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. EXPO OFFICIAL BAG SOLD!Sponsor the ONLY bag allowed on the show floor. Sponsorship of this bag puts your company logo and booth number on the outside of every bag and provides tremendous exposure both during and after the show. RECHARGE STATIONTake a few moments to relax and recharge. Cell phone recharge stations will be in place along with computer kiosks under raised restaurant. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on signs located throughout the area and on the tables. Your product can be distributed in this location. SHUTTLE BUS TURN-AROUND BANNERSYour company's logo and branding is front and center when you sponsor a banner. The maximum size of banner and location of the banner will be determined by NCA. . Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. WINDOW GRAPHICSBe seen when the attendees first walk into McCormick Place! Your company graphics will be affixed to the windows on the first level entrance of McCormick Place West Building at the taxi drop off area. Graphics must be approved prior to placement by NCA. . Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. LIGHT BOXESHighlight your company and products on light boxes prominently placed where all will see. The free standing back-lit units are sure to draw attention to your graphics and images. There is limit of 12 light boxes per sponsor. Location of light boxes will be determined by NCA. The rental of light boxes and electricity are the responsibility of the sponsor. OPENING RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY AND BAND STAND SOLD!Celebrate the EXPO opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, May 8. You are also the exclusive sponsor of the Band Stand located outside the exhibit hall. A mix of classical and jazz music is played during the exhibit hours daily. SNACK BREAK SOLD!Make sure trade partners end the day with your brand in their hands and help drive traffic to your booth! SWEETS & SNACKS EXPO® hospitality team members will hand out your snacks in the lobby area on level one. Your logo will be displayed at the stationed area. Take advantage of this increased exposure as attendees stop for a quick delicious snack. SHOW GUIDE BOOKMARK SOLD!Make your mark on the official show guide with your company's well-designed bookmark, inserted directly inside the EXPO Show Guide. The design and style is at the discretion of the sponsor and must be approved by NCA. SHOW GUIDE BACK COVER AD SOLD!A full-page four-color ad will be placed on the back of the EXPO Show Guide, ensuring that your branding stays in front of customers all year long! THE "NAMING RIGHTS" LOUNGE SOLD!Sponsor the location right outside the exhibit hall where attendees will meet, relax, and network. As a sponsor of the lounge you have the opportunity to provide literature and or product(s) in the "Your Name Here" Lounge. KEYNOTE SPEAKER USB DRIVENew to the sponsorship program and EXPO this year! Have your logo placed on the most kept giveaway. A USB drive with all speaker presentations and your company logo and company information will be sent to every attendee after the EXPO. Sponsors are responsible for providing USBs. CHOCOLATE STATUEMake a statement on and off the show floor. A real-life chocolate statue will take center stage in full costume and offer sponsor product sampling. BANNERS SOLD!Your company's logo and branding is front and center when you sponsor a banner. The maximum size of banner and location of the banner will be determined by NCA. There is a maximum of two hang points per company. Sponsors are responsible for all materials, graphic installation and dismantle. HANDY POCKET GUIDEThis guide features company logos with an exhibitor list, floor plan, and daily schedule. The first company to reserve will have their ad featured on the back cover, the second company's ad will be featured on the inside front cover of the guide and the third company's ad will be featured on the back inside cover. HOTEL ROOM KEYS SOLD!"Check-in" with the EXPO attendees by having custom key cards with your logo at the official EXPO hotels. The sponsor company is responsible for the printing and production of the keys. KEYNOTE SESSIONSEducational sessions are scheduled inside the ballroom on Level One. The stage area will feature sponsor logos in addition to two banners provided by the sponsor. Each sponsor has the opportunity to introduce a speaker. Your product samples are placed on each table for each session. Keynote sessions are held before the show floor opens. PRESS CENTER SOLD!When the media arrive at the EXPO their first stop is the Press Center. Light refreshments will be available for the press throughout the EXPO. This opportunity allows you to hand out promotional materials and provide product samples. Room signage will include your logo. SEGWAYS SOLD!
SHOW GUIDE BELLY BAND SOLD!The Belly Band is the first thing attendees see when they pick up the directory at the EXPO. This band wraps around the middle of the Show Guide after it is printed and bound. Your company can choose to advertise your name, products and booth number. Let the Belly Band carry your message to all attendees. AISLE SIGN BANNERS
BUYER WELCOME GIFTThis gift is delivered to buyer hotel rooms with a NCA welcome letter recognizing your participation. Your company logo is placed on the outside of the gift and the inside is filled with two items of product per company and a Show Guide. MULTIMEDIA AD PACKAGEThis package includes a rotating banner ad seen on the mobile app's Dashboard that leads to a full-screen app landing page, and then to the company's exhibitor listing page, from where a video message can be launched. INTERIOR SHOW GUIDE AD SOLD!A full-page four-color ad will be placed on the inside of the EXPO Show Guide. Placement of interior show guide ad will be determined by NCA. BUYERS' CLUB
VIP restaurant for retail customers only located in the middle of the exhibit hall upper level. Complimentary food and beverage service for retail customers only during show hours. Logo on Banner, table tents and signs will recognize your sponsorship. TREASURE HUNTUsers visit exhibitors to receive a treasure code that is entered into the mobile app. Marketing survey is built into the app to determine how many times your booth is visited. Once tasks are complete, users are entered to a drawing for prizes. INFLATIBLES
BANNER AD/LANDING PAGEPromote your company's message with a rotating banner ad screen on the mobile app's Dashboard. When tapped, the user is taken to a full-screen app landing page showing product or service graphics and information. This page then lends a user to the company's exhibitor listing page. PARK BENCHES IN EXHIBIT HALL SOLD!Park benches are located throughout the exhibit hall on the main aisles. This is your opportunity to invite buyers to your booth. Your signs and message will be placed at each seating area. Signs will feature your company's logo and invitation to stop by your exhibit booth. Sponsor is responsible for graphics and sign production. Placement of park benches is determined by NCA. ATTENDEE REGISTRATION WEBSITEGet your company brand or message on screen when buyers register for the show! Sponsors will have the opportunity to display ads on SWEETS & SNACKS registration website. |
Attendees will see your company's brand on their smartphone 365 days year! As the overall mobile app sponsor for the show your company will receive a launch screen logo, schedule page watermark, banner ad, full screen landing page, multimedia video package and specially colored interactive booth space map. 
This unique sponsorship offers the opportunity to brand your message on branded Segways. Each Segway displays your message on high-visibility, dynamic acrylic shields and are operated by skilled and courteous professionals who hand out your literature and or product samples. The Segway Teams are placed outside the exhibit hall. 
New to Expo this year, your company's logo and brand will be featured high above the show floor when you sponsor a aisle sign on the show floor. The size of aisle sign will be 5X5. The location of the aisle sign will be determined by NCA. There is a maximum of one aisle sign per company. 
This is a great way to draw attention to your company during the EXPO. A variety of locations are available. Please contact NCA for additional details.
