The Omni Shoreham exhibit area is tight- and space is very limited!

So book early and book often!  Act fast to get a prime position!

We are very excited about this year’s symposium October 8-11 in Washington, DC.

Here’s an update for you:

LOA Symposium Industry Partner (IP ) Hall info at a glance:
SET UP: Tuesday 10/9 - 0800-1700 (for large booths- contact me)
TEAR DOWN: Thurs 10/11 after 1900 or Friday 10/12 - 0800-1400 

IP Hall EXHIBIT HOURS:

Tuesday 10/9: (1830-2030)

Loggie Reception – Industry Partner Exhibit Hall


Wednesday 10/10: (0930-1900)
0930-1600 (lunch will be in the IP Exhibit Hall)

1730-1800 (Banquet Reception, Sr Officers 0-6 and up)
1800-1900 (Banquet Reception, all attendees)

 

Thursday 10/11: (0930-1700)
0930-1700

(1145-1330-IP Exhibit Hall Closes for lunch in Gen Session Hall; everyone is invited)
1700 IP Hall Closes permanently

BOOTH PRICING: 
LOA Corporate Members (C): $3200 - $4200 per 10x8 (includes 2 full registrations per 10x8 booth)

Non Corp Members (NC): $3500 - $4600 per 10x8 (includes 2 full registrations per 10x8 booth)

Mil Booth $2500 - $3500 per 10x8 (does not include any registrations- please purchase registrations for all workers) 

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS: (should open in June)  Still TWO (2) free with each booth (Corp members & Non-Corp members) - a coupon code will be given to the booth POC only. (No free registrations for Military Base booths - please purchase a registration for each attendee.) Exhibitor registrations are for those working the exhibit booths and provide access to the exhibit area, all breakfasts & lunches, as well as the Icebreaker, Loggie Reception.

Additional Exhibitor Registration: $450 Earlybird/$500 after 19 Sept and $575 on site.  

Exhibitors: Add Tues LOA University session: $100 

Purchase a full reg and get the awards banquet ticket for the reduced price of only $35.


Golf (Monday, 10/08): $75

Exhibitor Registrations include the following meals:
Mon:     Icebreaker
Tues:    Loggie Reception
Wed:    Breakfast, and Keynote Luncheon 
Thurs:   Breakfast, lunch in exhibit hall
