Why Is It Important to Stay at an AZA Recommended Hotel?
You'll be able to network easily with other conference attendees. You'll be able to get to all of the conference events quickly and easily. You'll have a better conference experience overall.
AZA has looked at a number of locations and evaluated the needs of attendees as well as the need for conference meeting space. Based on a guaranteed number of attendees staying at the recommended hotels, the hotel and Convention Center has provided discounted rates and incentives for conference attendees.
If AZA does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel will charge AZA for the missing revenue. Unfilled rooms can cost AZA thousands of dollars which can apply pressure to increase the conference registration fees to offset these costs. Please support the conference and the AZA by staying at one of the three recommended hotels. We think you will find the increased networking opportunities, quality hotel services and amenities, and proximity to events and meetings very beneficial!

 AZA has partnered with AirTran Airlines to provide attendees a discount for flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The valid travel dates are September 9-20, 2011. Tickets can be purchased by calling AirTran Airlines at 866-683-8368. Mention the Event Code ATL091211 to receive a 10% discount. Please note: in order to receive a discount, you must call AirTran Airlines to book your flight. At this time, you are not able to purchase your ticket online.
 Delta Airlines is providing attendees a discount for flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The valid travel dates are September 9-20, 2011. Tickets can be purchased by calling Delta Airlines at 1-800-328-1111. Mention the Ticket Designator Code NM6KL to receive any applicable discount. Please note: in order to receive a discount, you must call Delta Airlines to book your flight. At this time, you are not able to purchase your ticket online.
 American Airlines is providing attendees a discount for those flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The valid travel dates for this discount are September 9-20, 2011. You can access American’s fares and apply this discount by going to www.aa.com. Place the Promotion Code 8891BC in the promotion code box and your discount will be calculated automatically. Discount is valid off any applicable published fares listed for American Airlines, American Eagle, and American Connection. International originating guests will need to contact your local reservation number and refer to the Promotion Code.
Ground Transportation
