Call for Papers
Submit Your Proposal Today!
AZA and the Annual Conference Program Committee are accepting proposals for program sessions and posters for the 2013 Annual Conference. The deadline for submitting a proposal is Friday, April 19th, 5:00 pm Eastern. Proposals submitted after the deadline will only be considered after all other proposals have been reviewed.
The Annual Conference Program Committee reviews nearly 250 proposals each year and accepts approximately 65 sessions and 50 poster presentations. It is a very competitive process, so be sure to to read the Tips for Submitting information before submitting your proposal.
The Annual Conference Program Committee will meet in early May to review proposals. Submitters should be notified of the Committee's decision by the end of May. A draft program will be available online in early June.
Once you have read all the helpful information, use the online submission form to submit your proposal.
Call for Papers Service Center
Moderators/submitters have the ability to save their proposal in the system and come back at a later date to work on it and submit. All you have to do is submit your basic information and then click the "Save and Edit Later" button on the review screen. You will be emailed your Call for Papers Service Center login information immediately. Be sure to log into the Call for Papers Service Center to submit your proposal by Friday, April 19th, otherwise your proposal will not be reviewed.
